We’re excited to report another full week of activity! The Clubhouse concrete slab was prepared, the foundation walls for Cottage 24 were set, foundation excavation for Cottage 32 was completed and the team completed the wall insulation for Cottages 14, 15, and 16. The community water meter vault was also installed. We continue to move forward, while keeping weather in mind, as we plan to move forward with a variety of items this week including the water proofing for the Clubhouse foundation walls, initial grading for the Clubhouse parking lot, concrete slab preparation and pour for Cottages 21 and 22. Additional work will include drywall installation for Cottage 14 and insulation installation for Cottages 17 and 18.
